| Shipped semen is not yet available. We do offer a live foal guarantee with multiple mare discounts. The stud fee is $750, the second mare is $650, the third is $550. The multiple mare discount applies to one breeding season only. If you refer our stallion to a friend that brings a mare(s) for breeding, then you get $50 off your next breeding. If you purchased your mare from us, you get a $150 breeding discount. If your mare carries the Mia-Mar prefix, you get a $150 breeding discount. If both conditions apply, then you get a $250 breeding discount. The Stud fee includes a $200 booking fee which is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Mare care is additional. Dry mares are $10/day and wet mares are $15/day. We hand breed and give your mare her own turnout. We can also customize her feeding to include oats, cracked corn, beet pulp, alfalfa pellets, canola oil, sweet feed, or complete feed for the cost of the feed (you may supply your own if you desire). Hay cubes/hay, salt and water are included in the mare care fee. The mare care fee is not charged between the first and last days (inclusive) that she accepts the stallion for service. Mares are bred a minimum of every other day for the duration of their heat cycle. |
